Registering as a New Patient
Booking an Appointment
To schedule urgent appointments, please reach out to our reception at 01-5242908. For routine appointments, you can conveniently request them online here.
We kindly remind patients that routine appointments are fifteen minutes. If you anticipate discussing multiple concerns during your consultation, we recommend booking an extended consultation. This ensures adequate time to thoroughly address your concerns in a safe and comprehensive manner.
Out of Hours Care
Out of hours care: If you require urgent doctor review outside of routine hours, please contact EDOC on 01 223 4500. If you have a medical emergency call 999 or 112.
Getting Test Results
Most blood results are available within seven days, with some special tests taking longer to process. We will contact you by text message to let you know if your blood results are normal. If there are any abnormalities that need further review, we will either call you, text you, or ask you to come in or call at a time suitable to you.
Please do not worry if you receive a message to make an appointment as many tests results come back with very minor abnormalities. If you are yet to hear from us within ten days and you are looking for your results please do not hesitate to call.
CT, MRI, ultrasound and other radiology can take up to two weeks to be reported.
